Key Recruitment are delighted to
be working with a client based in Fareham in the recruitment of an Inbound
Sales Consultants on a permanent basis.
To be successful in this role you
will need to have a good telephone manner, be able to demonstrate previous
customer services experience in a telesales/upselling environment or in a
customer facing role.
The position offers a salary of
£24,000 to £27,000 depending on experience and the hours of work are Tuesday to
Saturday 7.30am to 6pm.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for:

Delivering outstanding customer
service
·
Taking incoming calls from customers
and dealing with their requests promptly and effectively
·
Using own ideas and initiative to deal
with complaints and resolve issues
·
Building report with new and existing
customers
·
Growing business by add on and cross
selling – soft upselling
·
Reducing costs by having an eye for
detail and following processes
·
Managing incoming emails and online
orders
·
Processing orders & quotes in their
system
