Due to rapid growth over the past few years, our client is looking for Pension Administrators, an exciting new opportunity in a expanding team, Our client is a cutting-edge software company specialising in the financial services markets. This team is a key part of the organisation, often collaborating with other teams within the company. The successful candidate will work on a variety of assignments and whilst you may not have experience within the payroll sector you will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work calm under pressure.

 

Key Requirements

·         Adhering to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration

·         Establishing new business and issuing welcome information

·         Processing transfers in and out (both as cash and in specie)

·         Processing contributions

·         Pension payroll

·         Bank reconciliation and payment processing

·         Processing member drawdown benefits such as income and PCLS payments

·         Annual and monthly reporting

Opportunities to support with the following:

·         Take an active part in implementing changes to existing procedures and software.

·         Regular opportunities to provide feedback on the daily processes you will undertake.

·         Enhance relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their working practices.

·         Ad-hoc projects and tasks

 

What we need from you:

·         Exceptional attention to detail

·         Keen to share knowledge and develop close working relationships with the team.

·         A willingness to learn and progress.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         A keen listener and capable of following instructions

·         Able to organise workloads, prioritise and meet deadlines.

·         Proficient IT skills

·         Pension qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
