Elite HR
are working with a longstanding client resourcing for an experienced Talent
Advisor. This role will take candidates and hiring managers through the whole
recruitment/onboarding life cycle which includes job descriptions, adverts;
scheduling interviews both online and face to face, ensuring candidates are
given a copy of the job description and any other details they will require
ahead of any interview.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Working
collaboratively with all members of the Recruitment Team, efficiently
utilising the ATS system to effectively manage all recruitment between the
Team.
- Sourcing suitable
candidates through various job boards and social media channels.
- Screening
applicants against job descriptions ensuring all essential competency
requirements are present. Present hiring managers with high calibre
candidates.
- Administering
our ATS Recruitment System to process candidates through all stages of the
recruitment journey ensuring they have a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of
recruitment best practice principles and procedures and previous
experience of recruiting in a busy, high-pressured recruitment / HR
department.
- Responsible
for supporting with Competency Based Interviewing techniques and
questions across all areas of the business.
- To
be confident in delivering training on recruitment best practices and
our ways of working
