We are recruiting for an established manufacturing company for an additional Bench Joiner to join their team due to a considerable increase in orders and expansion. Based near Winchester.

The role requirements:

• Bench Joinery experience is essential.
• Using Hand Tools.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specific instructions. 
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role Temporary to Permanent role will be 47.5hours per week Monday - Friday. 7am starts. 

The company operate a generous bonus scheme after a qualifying period, company pension and progression with opportunities to be trained on additional machinery and there is free parking available on site.

Pay Rate: £13 to £15 per hour (depending on experience).

Transport is essential due to the rural location.
