Key Recruitment are delighted to be supporting
a well-established client with the recruiting for part time Receptionist.
Reporting into the fantastic Branch Manager you will support an efficient and
friendly first point of contact via telephone and face to face. This role is
offered in a part time basis working Mon -Friday from 13:00 – 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
·
To
greet all visitors to the Firm in a courteous and pleasant manner
·
To
efficiently deal with all visitors
·
Issue
receipts as required.
·
To
issue visitors badges to unaccompanied suppliers.
·
To
assist other departments in the firm with audio typing as and when time permits
·
book
meeting rooms as requested and ensure that the Interview Book is kept up to
date.
·
Sorting
of unclaimed post via the Database
