Working for a global company we are delighted
to be recruiting for a newly created Business Development Manager position
joining the highly energetic International Sales and Marketing team. If you are
passionate about driving all aspects of set up, pipeline creation, market
intelligence and winning new business and have a strategic mindset this is the
role for you.
The successful candidate will be able to
showcase their B2B dales, ideally in Education and have the ability to network
and pitch with a willingness to progress their continual development with the
organisation.
Key responsibilities:

Educated
to degree level.
·
A
strong passion for education and a desire to transform learning through technology.
·
Results-orientated
with the knowhow to meet and exceed commercial targets.
·
Superior
written and verbal communication skills
·
Excellent
sales and negotiation skills ideally with experience of tender processes
·
Self-motivated,
able to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a small team.
·
Strong
organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize a complex workload.
·
Natural
curiosity, resilience and a strong desire to learn.
·
Be
flexible and adaptable
Able to work from the office 3 days/week.
·
Flexibility
to travel as needed for conferences and customer visits.
·
Fluent
written and spoken English.
Essential skills
·
Knowledge
of and/or curiosity in the student response system market
·
Market
research skills
·
Proficiency
in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
·
Ability
to confidently present digital solutions online and in person
·
Knowledge
of the Education sector
