HR Business Partner – Salary up to £64K

Working for a fantastic forward-thinking organisation we are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to become part of extremely friendly and established HR Team. With a Chartered Fellow of Member CIPD status and HR Generalist experience the successful candidate will excel in delivering on planning, supporting and implementing HR strategic projects whilst winning the hearts and minds of Managers and Key Stakeholders to ensure success.

Key responsibilities:

·       Supporting, guide and coach managers to develop and upskill teams

·       Deliver Recruitment strategies and bring this to life within the business

·       Collaborate with peers and key stakeholders on multiple projects

·       Own multiple complex ER case work

·       Produce data to support with strategy and support with the decision-making process
