Working
as part of a wider team we are supporting with the recruitment of an
experienced HR Team leader with previous experience in recruitment and general
HR activity. Supporting the coordination of the administration team the Team
Leader will be able to effectively communicate and support individuals in a
positive and collaborative manner.
Key
responsibilities:
- Ensure
all recruitment activity is completed accurately and in line with
documented timeframes
- Develop
and contribute to HR policy updates and amendments when required
- Support
with project work
- Ensure
that systems are maintained accurately
Specification
- Sound
understanding of employment law
- Previous
experience of HR Policies and Procedures
- CIPD
Level 5 as a minimum
A
level of flexibility will be needed due to the nature of the organisation there
may be the requirement to work evening and weekends, and in addition a need to
travel to other sites on a ad hoc basis
