My client is a family-run business who specialise in critical power solutions. Since they were established, they have become one of the country’s leading independent providers of generators and UPS systems. They are currently looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator to the team.

 

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the business success, overseeing electrical and mechanical projects within the Critical Power sector. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and anticipating needs to ensure seamless project execution. By coordinating activities across departments and external contractors, you’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding results. Your sharp intuition, creative problem-solving abilities, and quick thinking will be essential as you navigate the diverse challenges of this exciting role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, sharing critical information to enhance team efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to keep all stakeholders informed and manage expectations.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure seamless and successful project delivery.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CAD tools.
  • Strong skills in planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
