Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion
for keeping things running smoothly?
I’m looking for
an Office Administrator to be the backbone of a busy office, ensuring
everything operates seamlessly. In this role, you'll support a dynamic team,
tackle a variety of administrative tasks, and help create a positive and
productive work environment.
💡 No prior
knowledge of Solar PV? No problem! While understanding Solar Panels and the
industry is a bonus, it's not a requirement. The support and training you need
to succeed will be provided.
What You’ll
Be Doing:
- Be the first
point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and a
friendly touch.
- Collaborate
with installers to ensure they have all the necessary documentation for
their projects.
- Provide
exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving queries promptly.
- Manage office
supplies and inventory to ensure everything is in order and ready for
action.
Key Skills:
- Prior
experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus, but we value
enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office tools is a definite advantage.
- Strong
organisational skills to juggle tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A keen eye
for detail, especially when it comes to data entry and maintaining
accurate records.
- Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal—you’re a natural at building
rapport.
- The ability
to thrive independently and as part of a team, showing initiative when
needed.
