JOB DESCRIPTION

Elite HR are delighted to working with this prestigious brand on their fixed term Maternity leave contract.

You will be responsible for providing full HR Business support to the UK Head Office (London) and Customer Services (Southampton) within the Group in the UK.

As a proactive HR professional you will support all aspects of HR, including Recruitment, Learning and Development and Employment Law, enabling and assisting the business to achieve their objectives and develop their employees.   

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Support the business in formulating HR strategies, policies and plans in all areas of HR.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to proactively address people focused requirements in the achievement of business objectives.

·         Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers advising on Company policies and procedures.

·         Maintaining visibility amongst client group which includes regular travel between London and Southampton.

·         Actively identify gaps, propose and implement necessary changes to reduce risk by influencing managers to bring forward best solutions, for example challenge organisational structures.

·         Provide advice and support to employees as required.

 

Key Skills

 

·        CIPD Qualified or equivalent

·        Generalist HR professional

·        Recruitment experience

·        Solid ER / Employment law experience 

·        Excellent organisational skills to manage own workload

·        Must have good communications skills both written and oral

 

To be successful in this role you will be an HR generalist and have solid ER experience.
