Elite HR are delighted to be working with a well-respected and innovative national retailer as they recruit an HR Advisor to join their very busy and collaborative team. This is a permanent position located on the outskirts of central Southampton.

As a senior HR generalist you will be involved in the whole employee lifecycle, including; Employee Relations, Recruitment, succession planning, development and coaching and HR projects. You will have a Client Group of 300-400 employees and be expected to travel to two other sites on an ad-hoc basis (approx. once a fortnight).

If you have experience of supporting IT or a Technical client group and worked within a large matrix organisation, than this role should really appeal!

To be brilliant in this role, you will be very happy to work in fast paced change environment, so you will be very agile and flexible. You will have great influencing and stake-holding experience. Preferably you will have strategic and operational experience. You will be have gravitas and ‘bags of presence’, enjoy continuous improvement and be able to push back where necessary in a considered manner.
