Project Co-Ordinator 
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Portsmouth (and London site visits as required)

Summary
of role:
Working independently and alongside senior managers in:
·
Creating and executing project work plans
including monitoring of project progress
·
Communicating regularly with stakeholders about
progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.
·
Ensuring works undertaken fall within contract,
identifying changes of details as they occur
·
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and
within budget
·
Negotiating and placing orders with suppliers
·
Arranging and monitoring site deliveries
Person
specification This role would suit a recent graduate with an interest in
the construction/joinery industry. The ideal candidate will be hardworking with
a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work under own initiative
and to tight deadlines whilst under pressure. Excellent organisational time
management, prioritisation and planning skills are required.
Qualifications: Relevant degree in
Property Development/Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
Salary An
excellent salary package in the region of £25,000 pa is available with
incentives based on performance and the success of the business.
