Elite-HR
are working on a HR Administrator role based in Fareham, Hampshire.
Our
client is looking for an organised, enthusiastic professional who has strong
recruitment experience and an understanding of HR administration. You will
oversee the whole recruitment process in the company along with on boarding new
starters and other HR administration.
This

Key
Responsibilities:

Auditing, maintaining and verifying database
·
Managing and coordinating the whole recruitment process
(including DBS)
·
On boarding new starters
·
Preparing and coordinating Inductions in partnership with the
Training team
·
Coordinating Inductions, training courses and arrangements
·
Providing HR reports, monitoring and evaluating data –
identifying trends
·
Supporting line management re employee relations matters
·
Dealing with the Leaver process
·
General HR administration, and contributing to smarter working
practices
To be successful in this role you will have:
·
Driving licence is a must as there will be travel to other sites
occasionally
·
CIPD qualification
·
Level 2/3 Business Administration
·
An understanding of data protection and the importance of
confidentiality. Must adhere to company values and standards
·
A can do approach with outstanding administration skills.
·
