Customer Services / Client Services Representative
Our client is a well established motor trade business in the
Portsmouth / South Hampshire area.
They are currently recruiting for a customer service
representative with a particular focus on the fleet customer side of the
business.
Responsible for building and maintaining effective client
relationships and delivering the lead in customer experience, the role requires
effective communication with internal teams in order to exceed their client
expectations and customer satisfaction scores.
You'll be pro-actively monitoring and managing all vehicles off
road as well as having close regular dialogue with garages so that each vehicle
is repaired and reunited with its driver as quickly as possible. You'll need to
ensure that all key stages in the repair cycle are proactively managed, from
the moment the vehicle is booked in, through to work completion and vehicle
return, while remaining in close contact with inhouse and external technical or
accident teams to quickly resolve any potential hold-ups.
Whilst experience in a similar role within the motor trade would
of course be an advantage, it isn't essential as the client will consider
candidates from other sectors with a similar role background in customer
service / maintenance & support.
Whilst this position is predominantly Monday-Friday based,
please note there is some requirement for out of office working hours.
