HR are proud to be working with a local social care charity in the recruitment
of their Regional Recruitment Coordinator.
This
position is initially offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This
role is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Company during an

with the opportunity to develop their skill set and knowledge.
This
a regional role with regular travel across the Hampshire, Dorset and East
Sussex region, with the occasional requirement to attend the office in the
North.
Working closely with the regional hiring
managers you will determine future recruitment requirements and provide regular
updates on progress, producing MI when required.
You will also use your local knowledge to
identify and develop a variety of attraction sources in addition to standard
methods used across the business.
You will organise and plan regular recruitment
events across your region and ensure robust, fair and consistent selection,
preparing materials when required.
At all times you will ensure candidates
receive a great experience and promote the business in a positive manner at all
times.
