Elite-HR are delighted to be working alongside a successful business based in the Dorset area for the recruitment of their HR Advisor.  This position is part time working 20 hours per week and is for a fixed term period of 12-14 months and is paying up to £33,000 pro rata.

The successful candidate will predominately be advising and supporting both the Senior HR team as well as the business stakeholders on various HR matters.

Working alongside passionate, like-minded and knowledgeable people, this opportunity would suit an ambitious individual, who is keen to develop their skills alongside a committed and hard-working HR team.

Ideally from a manufacturing & engineering background, this is a typical HR generalist role with emphasis on employee relations, so strong and proven experience within this is essential to be successful in this role.  TUPE experience would also be an advantage.

It is also essential for this role that you are an exceptional communicator who is able to build relationships quickly and has a reasonable and considered approach to everyday tasks. You must also be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ideally the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, or working towards the qualification and be up-to-date with employment legislations and HR best practice.
