Duties:

Area Manager South East England (10 stores) £30k - £35k + car + benefits

Our client is a rapidly expanding lifestyle fresh food / drinks business, with products that appeal primarily to a teen / young adult market.

They have a current requirement for a retail multi-site manager to manage 10 stores, across a wide area, stretching from Bristol to Plymouth, Brighton and Kingston (London, not Jamaica ! ).

Candidates need to currently live within this region.

You'll ideally need to have experience as an area working in a fast moving, high energy retail hospitality business. Candidates with experience in a lifestyle f&b / food or similar retail or hospitality / restaurant environment, where it is as much about creating an exciting vibrant front of house atmosphere, as it is about managing teams effectively, will be of particular interest.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate experience leading teams remotely - in view of the spread of stores geographically, this role is not suitable for someone looking to make their first step into multi-site retail. You'll also obviously have to be happy driving long distances (if you live centrally within the area described this would be ideal), and not looking for a standard 9-5 job.
