be working alongside an established organisation in Bournemouth, with the
permanent recruitment of a newly established role for a Practice/Office/HR
Manager. The client is also willing to accept applications for the HR Manager
position only on a part time basis.
We are looking for
someone that has proven experience in a similar role within either a legal firm
or GP Practice. A HR qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
The role includes
taking responsibility for all areas of general admin and HR for the Company and
will include but is not limited to:

Streamlining
and updating HR policies and procedures
·
Recruitment
& Selection
·
Dealing
with all operational HR issues
·
Absence
Management
·
Staff
inductions and training
·
Coaching
and supporting line managers
·
First
line responsibilities for all office admin
·
Maintaining
all office manuals and associated policies and procedures
·
Completing
insurance, compliance and other documentation as required
·
Building
and facilities management
·
Overseeing
the reception and admin teams
·
Ensuring
the smooth running of the day to day operation of its 3 offices
·
Project
work
It’s essential that
the successful applicant has strong working knowledge of relevant aspects of
employment legislation, legal admin with superb communication skills and the
ability to negotiate effectively at all levels. Experience in delivering high
quality HR support to a varied client base; dealing with senior stakeholders
and forging strong relationships throughout is also essential.
