HR are delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a People
Development Manager based in the New Forest. This is on a full time permanent
basis.
The
role covers a broad spectrum of HR duties and although is based on site you
will be working alongside the site Operations team but will also be part of our
wider People Operations Team to support the delivery the organisations overall
people strategy. This unique opportunity is unlike any other HR generalist
position as you have the added bonus of being at the heart of an exciting and
vibrant operation.
You
will be managing the full HR remit, supporting the managers to recruit, develop
and retain the best people in the sector.
To
be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the
following:
- In
depth experience of dealing with employee relations case work;
- Experience
in high volume recruitment.
- Experience
of delivering people management training to line managers;
- Experience
of supporting managers to find solutions and of developing collaborative
and productive relationships with a wide variety of individuals;
- Experience
of reviewing and updating policies and procedures and a sound
understanding of their practical application;
- Resilience
and self-motivation;
- Great
communication skills and the ability to adapt, depending on the audience;
- Willingness
to occasionally travel and be away from home for key meetings.
If
you have CIPD Level 5 then this would be advantageous, although support will be
given if you are willing to study for it. A degree or equivalent
qualification, and experience of working with stakeholders across multiple
locations and from multiple backgrounds would also be advantageous.
