to be recruiting for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator to join our client based
in the North of Chichester. The starting salary for this position is £21,814
with an immediate start available.
You will be
responsible for providing recruitment administrative support to the Head of HR
and the wider business. The focus will be around the efficient and effective
completion of all recruitment administration to include:

Timely and accurate placement of all advertisements
·
Liaison with all applicants
·
Administer the safer recruitment checks for all new staff
·
Provide recruitment analytical/statistical data
·
Maintain and update all staff records, including internal systems

Do you have experience of working in recruitment/HR environment
within an education or local authority setting?

Do you have experience of maintaining accurate HR records?

Do you have an understanding of safer recruitment processes?
Key Skills:

Your ability to effectively communicate at all levels both
internally and externally is a key requirement to be successful in the role.
·
Excellent
organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
·
Ability
to meet deadlines and work well under pressure without compromising accuracy
·
High
level of computer literacy, making use of available technology including
Microsoft Word and Excel
·
Understanding
and respect for confidentiality
