HR are proud to work with a well-respected, forward-thinking client to find a
HR Officer (Recruitment and Onboarding) on a 12 Month fixed term contract, on a
full-time basis, based around the Southampton area.
Your
primary objective will be to provide recruitment support for the business and
to ensure the effective onboarding of new starters.
The
ideal candidate will be keen to understand the business, look to build great
relationships internally and externally, have a focus on giving great customer
service and works with integrity.
This
role offers an attractive salary of up to £26,000 depending upon experience,
with performance bonuses available.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring that applications are
saved and deleted in line with GDPR and company policy
·
Consistently achieve a target of vacancies filled within 3 months
of an advert going live
·
Collaborate with the hiring managers to write suitable job
descriptions and job advertisements
·
Carry out initial telephone screening of candidates to assess
suitability
·
Attend all first interviews with the hiring manager
·
Work with the hiring manager to draw up an induction programme
and schedule associated meetings if required

Specification
·
Previous experience of working in a HR/Internal recruitment role
·
Proven success with recruitment and selection
·
Extensive interviewing experience
·
Highly organised
·
Excellent IT skills including MS Office
·
Trustworthy, able to work with integrity
