are looking for an experienced PA & Office Manager on a permanent, full
time basis and are offering a salary of £27,041.
The
key responsibilities for this position are but not limited to:

Executive support – be the key
contact for the Senior Leadership team
·
PA support to the CEO to include
diary management, assisting in the production of reports, publications and
presentations and producing weekly leadership agendas and minute taking
·
Support the HR function in the
absence of the HR Assistant in the coordination of compliance checks on new
staff, volunteers and contractors and training related tasks.
·
Plan and coordinate various projects
and meetings
·
Planning and allocating work
within the Admin department, monitoring achievement of deadlines and supporting
admin/finance staff.
·
Dealing with all incoming and
outgoing communication
·
Responsible for the administration
and upkeep of the client database
·
Organising and facilitating Trustee
board meetings
·
Support the facilities management and
maintenance issue for HO
·
Be the designated Data Protection
Officer
·
Ensure the maintenance of H&S
regulations as requested by H&S Officer
To
be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and

role

and confidentiality
