Elite HR are delighted to be working with an expanding Company in
Fareham in the search for a Financial Controller/Management Accountant on a
part time basis, 25 hours per week. This is a lovely organisation to work with,
in fantastic new offices in Fareham and can be totally flexible on when the
hours are worked. They are happy to look at school hours, Monday to Friday,
9.30 to 2.30, or if you want to do 3 full days, this is possible too.
The FTE for this role is between £30,000 to
£45,000 dependant on experience and qualifications.

Management reports
·
Inter-Company Accounts

Cash Flow Forecasting
·
Budget preparation
·
VAT Returns
·
WIP reporting
·
Asset Management
·
Line Management of a Finance Administrator
To be successful in this position you should
possess the following skills and experience:
- A practical understanding of management
accounting principles and techniques
- Solid knowledge of standard accountancy
and finance best practices
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency
in SAGE
- A strong understanding of tax codes and
laws
- Strong analytical skills to effectively
analyse financial reports

In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting
·
CIMA/ACCA qualification would be advantageous, but part qualified
candidates will be considered with the relevant proven experience.
