Elite HR are delighted to be working with a client
based in Sherborne, Dorset who are in the educational sector in the search for
a HR Business Partner.
This position is being offered on a full-time
basis and is for a fixed term period of 12 months and they are looking to pay
up to £35,000 per annum.
The client is going through a period of
change so the successful candidate’s main focus will be around HR Projects and
Change Management.
To be successful
in this role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience of
working at a HRBP level
·
CIPD qualified to a
minimum of Level 5, though Level 7 would be advantageous
·
Up to date knowledge
and understanding of HR best practice with a thorough knowledge of the
application of employment law
·
Previous proven experience
of managing organisation change programmes to include Collective Consultation
and TUPE
·
An understanding of
the educational sector would be a distinct advantage
·
Exceptional
communication skills and the ability to successfully influence opinion and
generate support
·
Thrives in a
fast-paced environment
