£20,000 - £22,000

Working on behalf of a Charity Organisation we are recruiting for a full time (37.5 hours Mon – Fri) HR Administrator located just outside of Waterlooville, Hampshire. You will have experience within a HR Transactional background and passionate about the role you play, self-motivated and the drive to develop, in return our client offers the opportunity to grow the successful candidate across all areas of the HR Profession.

Key Duties

·      Collation and processing of all HR documentation

·      Maintenance and inputting employee data on HR Systems

·      Drafting letters and producing new starter contracts

·      Share ideas and assist with the review of policies and procedures.

What we need from you

  • The ability to prioritise workloads and maintain deadlines.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Either CIPD level 3 or a willingness to study towards
