Personal Assistant to Leadership Team

Working on behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Leadership team, supporting them in the effective and efficient operation of their offices where you will play a pivotal role with the opportunity to showcase your experience and skills on the following:


Key Accountabilities

·        Diary and email inbox management, allocating to the designated members of the Leadership Team

·        Production of correspondence, letters, reports, minutes and presentations as necessary and maintain effective and efficient filing systems.

·        The arrangement of meetings, including Board meetings, member meetings, management team meetings, and events including the AGM, team away-days etc; make room bookings, organise relevant equipment, room set-up documentation and refreshments as required. Ensuring the accurate and timely publication of papers ahead of these meetings.

·        Travel and accommodation bookings as required.

·        Processing holiday requests, expenses and credit card reconciliations referring to policy and within designated timescales.

·        To make all necessary arrangements for, and liaise with Directors regarding, attendance at conferences and other Board appointments.

·        To carry out ad hoc projects as directed and any other duties in support of the function with the wider team


Key Experience, Knowledge And Skills

·        Excellent organisational and administrative skills. with high accuracy and attention to detail

·        Able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.

·        Able to work in the strictest confidence – handling confidential and sensitive data/information. 

·        Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
