We
have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward and Payroll Manager to join a prestigious
organisation in the Eastleigh area. This is an exciting opportunity to join part
of the HR Leadership Team to define and deliver the Group Reward strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Reward and Payroll Manager
the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the
Payroll Lead and for establishing and implementing efficient processes for the
management and delivery of all payroll / reward matters.

Continually review the Group Reward offering to assess how it
compares against the market. Prepare and present options for improved employee
engagement to the business & Board.

Use multiple systems to analyse and model complex statistical,
financial, demographic and other data to draw conclusions about the
competitiveness of our current packages.

Benefits management and administration including renewal, maintenance,
liaising with third party suppliers as required, ensuring the business is
obtaining the best value for money.

Responsible for selecting, designing and implementing new reward
and recognition initiatives, both financial and non-financial.
·
Manage the Executive and overseas payroll via the outsourced
payroll services and provide guidance and support to the in-house Payroll Lead
for main group payrolls.

Review and implement new HR / Payroll software – iTrent / MHR.
·
Lead salary survey participation and the job benchmarking approach
within the Group.
QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE:
·
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the
ability to manage key relationships and influence outcomes when/where needed.
·
An evidence-based decision maker, with commercial acumen, and
credible reward & benefits experience.
·
Knowledge & experience of payroll and associated
taxes including Executive pay, benefits, pay models and an understanding
of tax and HR legislation and process within the UK.
·
Knowledge of MHR / iTrent an advantage.
·
A good understanding of employment law as it relates to pay and
benefits, in particular equal pay.
