Field Account Manager

• Starting salary of £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Recruitment are delighted to be resourcing for a Field Account Manager with experience in the PCB market sector. Working with major global clients you will be confident in building relationships quality, commercial and technical personnel providing the highest level of customer service and support.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Ability to work agile visiting existing and potential customers.
• Contact customers identified as sales leads.
• Identify customer requirements.
• Explore any queries or concerns raised by the customer.
• Identify your customers’ current and future needs and expectations.
• Establish and implement strategy for the improvement and awareness of customer issues across all relevant areas of the Company.

What you bring to the Team:

• Strong record of achievement
• A knowledge of the PCB sector and its technology offering.
• Numerate and good computer literacy skills
• Logical thinking and reasoning skills
• Work accurately with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Account management: 1 year (required)
• Printed Circuit Board: 1 year (required)
