We currently have exciting new vacancies for experienced Catering Butchers to work within the food production industry for an exceptional established local company.

The roles will involve breaking carcasses into primary and secondary cuts using meat cutting techniques in preparation for weighing and packaging and ensuring that areas are fully compliant with food hygiene standards.

Are you able to work effectively in a team, support others when required? Work well under pressure?

Working in a new, ambient facility, the hours will be Monday-Friday 3am-12pm OR 5am-2pm + Overtime. Immediate starts available for the right candidates subject to a successful block test.

Due to the working hours and location outside of Southampton city centre, having your own transport is preferred due to lack of public transport links.

On-site parking, bonus scheme, pension and PPE provided, and a block test will be required.
