New Afternoon / Evening Manufacturing Operative Opportunity - Apply Now!

·         Full-time, temporary to permanent, Working Monday to Friday.

·         In April 2024, the shift pattern changes, and you will work Sunday to Thursday.

·         40-hours per week, 5 days per week.

·         Saturdays paid at time and a half.

·         Bank holidays worked replaced with time off in lieu.

·         You must be able to cover both shift patterns listed below as required.

Pay Rates:

·         £11.45 to £12.50 per hour for the Afternoon Shift (2pm till 10:15pm).

·         Up to £15 per hour for the Evening Shift (10pm till 6:15am).

You must be able to commit to the shift pattern change that takes effect as of April, and you must be able to work both sets of hours for Afternoon and Evenings.

Duties:

• Working on a busy production line, operating machines.
• Following written instructions on daily work sheets.
• Lifting, carrying, and handling products up to 25KG.
• Movement of product around factory automation lines.
• Quality checking and following precise instructions in a strict health and safety work-based environment.

Due to the rural location, working hours, and lack of reliable public transport links, you will need your own car, motorbike, scooter. If you live locally then you can travel 20-minutes by bike to get to and from work every day, but it will be up and down dark country roads.
