My client is a trade supplier who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Directors to join the team at Central Support in Fareham.

As an EA you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to Board of Directors and senior leadership team. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The EA will handle a wide range of executive support tasks, maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the executive teams’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the MD and other Directors
    • Internal and external liaison with suppliers, customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Organise and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Ensure that Directors are well-prepared for meetings, with all necessary documents and information.
  • Project Management
    • Support in undertaking confidential research and tasks requiring greater than normal discretion for other Board Members and members of the senior leadership team
    • Assist with various projects, research and tasks as required by the executives
